We work with different sellers around the world who are responsible for shipping your item. Delivery time can therefore vary between 5-15 business days.

Please note that products may be sent in separate packages with different delivery times if you have ordered goods from multiple suppliers.

Has your package still not arrived even though the delivery date has passed? No problem - contact us by email and we will forward your case to the seller who delivers your product.

Please note that if your order has been sent as a parcel directly to the mailbox, it may in some cases take an extra day before it is delivered, depending on the postal service in your area.

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

To make a return, you need to contact us and then wait for return instructions from the relevant seller. When returning, you as the customer are responsible for the return cost, which may vary depending on the seller and product.

If your product is not working properly, is broken or does not match the information you received, you can register a complaint. You can do this by contacting our customer service and we will help you further.

Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to the seller who packs and delivers the goods, therefore we unfortunately cannot change or stop it.
If you no longer want your product, you need to wait for delivery and then start a return process.

Your order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after purchase. If you can't find it, please also check your spam folder. Sometimes it can take up to 60 minutes for the email to arrive.
