Return Policy

There are two different types of returns, cancellations and complaints.

Reversing means that you no longer want the product, you may have accidentally bought the wrong size or model. In the event of a return, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to the partner who sold the product.

A complaint means that something is broken or missing from the product you ordered. In the event of a complaint, we will cover the cost of return shipping if the product needs to be sent back to the partner who sold the product.


Right of withdrawal – 14 days

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the goods under Swedish law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • with any remaining notes

Products that are used or damaged by the customer may be refused return or receive a reduced refund amount.


How to make a return

  1. Contact us at info@topdogwear.se with:

    • your order number

    • the product you want to return

    • reason (optional but appreciated)

  2. You will then receive instructions and a return address. You are responsible for return shipping.
    Since we work with international warehouses, the return address varies depending on the product.

  3. Once the supplier has received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days .


Return costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product:

  • is defective

  • is wrong product

  • damaged during transport

In these cases, we will pay for the return shipping or send a replacement product.


Complaints

If the product is damaged, faulty or defective when you receive it:

  1. Contact us within 7 days

  2. Send pictures of the error and order number

  3. We'll fix it — either with a new item or a refund.

We of course follow Swedish consumer law & ARN's recommendations.


Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be charged a handling fee (normally SEK 149) to cover shipping, return shipping and administration. This will be deducted from the refund.


Goods not covered by the right of withdrawal

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products, such as female protection , cannot be returned. There are also some other products where returns are not supported, these items are clearly marked as non-returnable on the respective product page.


Refund

  • Examination: When the supplier receives your return, they check that the product meets their return conditions.

  • Repayment period: Refund will be made within 7 working days after the return is approved and returned to same payment method which was used in the purchase.
